Davido releases fifth studio album, 5IVE

Nigerian Afrobeats superstar, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has officially released his highly anticipated fifth studio album, 5IVE.

The 17-track project, which dropped on Friday, April 18, 2025, showcases Davido’s versatility and reaffirms his status as one of the most influential artists of his generation.

5IVE features collaborations with international stars such as Chris Brown, Victoria Monét, and Becky G, as well as Nigerian talents including Omah Lay, Chike, and Victony.

The album follows the success of Davido’s 2023 release, Timeless, which earned the ‘Unavailable’ crooner multiple Grammy Award nominations.
