Ex-Minister of Aviation, Stella Oduah will appear before a Federal High Court in Abuja over alleged corrupt practices leveled against her by the EFCC.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is set to arraign Oduah at the Federal High Court, Abuja, for alleged financial impropriety, signalng reports.

Justice Inyang Ekwo fixed February 22 for the arraignment because the former minister was yet to be served with the court processes.

The arraignment, which was scheduled for listing in the day’s sitting, could not proceed because the Oduah was absent at the proceedings.

Subsequently, the counsel to the EFCC, Dr. Hassan Liman, confirmed to the court that the ex-minister had not been served with the court processes.
