Christantus Uche has been dropped from Crystal Palace’s squad for the UEFA Europa Conference League.
The Eagles recently submitted a 24-man squad to UEFA with the name of the Nigerian conspicuously missing.
Uche was dropped to make way for new signings Brennan Johnson, Jorgen Strand Larsen and Evann Guessand.
The Nigeria international arrived the Selhurst Park on loan from Spanish club, Getafe last summer with an obligation to buy if he starts 10 games.
The attacking midfielder is, however, likely to return to Spain at the end of the season, having failed to make an impact with Palace.
Uche has made 13 appearances in the Premier League, starting only once.
He also featured in four games in the Conference League, scoring only once.
