Davido announces date for white wedding with Chioma

Famous Afrobeat singer, Davido has officially announced his white wedding date with Chioma. The couple traditionally tied the knot in a star-studded ceremony at Eko Hotels, Lagos, in June 2024. Davido revealed in an interview with Breakfast Club that their highly anticipated white wedding will take place in Miami, Florida, in August 2025.

During the interview, Davido shared some insights into their relationship, mentioning the challenges they’ve faced, including the loss of their child in 202 and the media attention surrounding their relationship. Despite these hurdles, they’re excited about their upcoming celebration.

The couple has been making headlines with their relationship milestones, including recently celebrating the first birthday of their twins in Atlanta, Georgia. Their traditional marriage ceremony in June 2024 was a grand affair, with many notable figures in attendance.

Davido’s announcement of their white wedding date has generated excitement among fans, who are eagerly awaiting the next chapter in the couple’s journey together.

“I’m doing my white wedding in Miami, in August this year.

“Our traditional marriage shut down Nigeria because our relationship was in the public eye, and a lot have happened, apart from losing our child,” he said.
