Onyekuru to decide between Besiktas, Galatasaray in summer

Istanbul football giants, Besiktas and Galatasaray, will slug it out for the signature of Nigerian winger Henry Onyekuru this summer.

Onyekuru arrived Greek champions, Olympiacos last summer, but struggled to impress at the club.

The 25-year-old failed to register a goal in 14 league appearances for Olympiacos.

The former Anderlecht player has been told he is not in the plans of manager, Pedro Martins for next season.

Onyekuru has close ties with Galatasaray having enjoyed three loan spells at the club.

Olympiacos paid €5m to secure his services from Galatasaray and would expect an amount close to that for a transfer to be finalised.
