U20 Women World Cup: Falconets beat South Korea to reach Quarter finals

The Falconets of Nigeria, on Sunday, beat South Korea 1-0, to qualify for the quarter-finals of the FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup finals in Costa Rica.

Esther Onyenezide, scored in the 83rd minute to give Nigeria victory in the match played at Estadio Alejandro Morera Soto, Alajuela.

The Falconets had beaten France in their first group game on Wednesday.

The Falconets will play Canada on Thursday in their final group game.
