Adron Homes: The colours of Nigeria’s growing Real Estate sector ( part 1)
The real estate sector in Nigeria has been an ever-existing one and until a decade back, it was not as boisterous and competitive as it is, no thanks to a handful of men and women, who have taken it upon themselves to add colour and spice to the lucrative yet important sector of every economy.
Whether in the UK, US, Canada, or China, the real estate sector is a perpetual factor that has contributed to shaping lifestyle and added to luxury.
In Nigeria, the men at the helm of affairs of the real estate sector have added colours that have distinguished them from one another.
In this piece, Adron Homes and Properties comes to the fore.
Led by Adetola Olaniyi Olaonipekun Emmanuelking, who sits as the Group Managing Director and Chairman, Adron Homes, and Properties separate itself from the lot in the most featured colour on the Nigerian flag and coat of arms, green.
How Adron Homes and Properties typifies Green
The colour, Green, typically symbolises life, fertility, renewal, and resurrection.
The colour has many of the same calming attributes that blue has, but it also incorporates some of the energy of yellow.
Green, as a colour, is a mix of yellow, which symbolises glory and energy, and blue, which relates to God and the heavens.
In some thoughts, Green can represent new beginnings and growth. It also signifies renewal and abundance.
These traits are evidently revealed in the dealings, outlook, and day-to-day activities cum operations of Adron Homes and Properties led by the affable Aare Emmanuelking.
It’s no doubt that Aare Emmanuelking strategically chose the colour when founding the real estate company in 2012. For him, the passion for decent and affordable housing for average Nigerians didn’t only lead him to found Adron Homes and Properties Limited but also saw him operating with a godly mien that has distinguished him from his peers.
In 11 years of operation on the African continent, Adron Homes have grown to become a renowned multi-billion Naira group of companies with subsidiaries across Nigeria in the real estate, construction, and hospitality sectors. The firm has also grown to become arguably one of the leading employers of labour not just in Nigeria but in Africa.
From Lagos to Ogun, Ibadan, Oyo, Osogbo, Osun to Nasarawa, Adron boasts over 25 affordable estates that include Washington Park and Gardens, Treasure Park and Gardens, Rehoboth Park and Gardens, New York Park and Gardens, imperial park and Gardens, Grandview park and gardens, Paris park and gardens, west park and gardens, city park and gardens, Buckingham park and gardens, central park and gardens, sunrise park and gardens, town park and gardens, winter park and gardens, Chicago park and gardens, treasure park and gardens, glass house estate, London park and gardens, Southgate Park and Gardens, Rosewood park and gardens, Town park and gardens, Manhattan park and gardens, Emirates park and gardens, Grandview park and gardens, Treasure park and gardens, Westpark and gardens, and Eko city.
To this end, Adron has been providing affordable and quality housing solutions to Nigerians for 11 years and one of the real estate company’s innovative offerings is the opportunity for Nigerians to fulfill their dreams of owning landed properties through flexible and long-term payment.
While many dreams of owning a landed property, the high cost of real estate can make the dream seem unattainable, especially for low and middle-income earners. Adron as a firm stepped in to bridge this gap by offering flexible payment options that make it possible for many to own a landed property and fulfil the dream of many.
With Adron, low-income and middle-income earners can purchase land through installment payment plans that spread the cost of the property over a period of time.
In the same vein, Adron Homes offer long payment plans for all levels of income earners, ensuring that everyone can afford to own a piece of land. This approach has enabled many Nigerians to become landowners over the last 11 years courtesy of Adron’s mission to provide affordable homes and landed properties for development or investment purposes.
