Ex-housemate of Big Brother Naija 2019 edition, Gedoni Ekpata has gotten himself a political appointment.
Gedoni has been reportedly appointed as one of the special assistants to the Cross River state governor, Ben Ayade.
The appointment is coming five months after his eviction from the reality TV show that kicked off on July 30, 2019, and ended in October 2019.
The news of Gedoni’s appointment was announced by his fiancee, Khafi via his Instagram page on Monday, January 20, 2020.
According to her post with a picture of Gedoni, the loverboy is now the special assistant to the governor of Cross River on Garment Factory and Branding.
“All we do is WHAT…? Congratulations baby! ????????❤️ #Repost @hitfmcalabar • • • • • •@gedoni has been appointed as the special assistant to Governor Ben Ayade on Garment Factory and Branding. #gedoni #crossriver #calabar #khafi #khadoni,” she wrote.
Gedoni became a popular housemate after videos showed his intimate relationship with fellow ex-housemate, Khafi.
The two were caught on video during the reality show dry-humping under the sheets but both lovers have denied having sex on the show.
Gedoni’s appointment is coming weeks after Ubi Franklin’s appointment as SA on tourism to Governor Ayade.
