Davido, Adekunle Gold headline Pharrel William’s music festival

Nigeria’s Davido and Adekunle Gold will be headlining Pharrel William’s music festival, ‘Something in the water,’ on June 19, 2022.

The music festival is returning to the delight of music and festival lovers after a brief hiatus due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Davido and Adekunle Gold’s performance at the music festival was confirmed by Pharrel and his team in an Instagram post shared on Monday, April 26, 2022.

Davido and Adekunle Gold, who have a hit duet, ‘High,’ the ruled airwaves in 2021 and 2022, will be joining a long list of global music stars that include Lil Baby, Chloe x Halle, Lil Uzi Vert, Tyler, the Creator, Tierra Whack, Run the Jewels, Jon Batiste, Dave Matthews Band, and more. Further investigation revealed that the music festival which began in Virginia Beach, Virginia in 2019 has relocated to Washington, D.C., and will take place between June 17, 2022, and June 19, 2022 – a total of three days.
