Popular Comediene, Helen Paul on Sunday revealed that she suffered head injuries from a road accident that happened in Abuja.

The comedienne said she was in pain but did her utmost to keep it from fans and friends.

The 43-year-old made this disclosure on her Instagram page, sharing photos of the injury she sustained to her head after the car crash.

Paul stated she would often use dark sun shades to hide her black eyes.

“I suffered a concussion to my head and had to wear sunglasses for a while. When taking pictures, I would leave my sunglasses on and many complained that I didn’t want my face to show in pictures with them,” she wrote.

“Some even assumed I was being proud, being a star. They were totally oblivious of the true situation.

“Not all things are truly what they appear to be. Many are hiding a lot and showing the best side on social media. Focus on the majors and forget the minors.”
