Peter Obi wants Nigerians and govt to support education

Peter Obi wants Nigerians and the government to push more support for education in the country.

The ex-vice presidential candidate encouraged Nigerians to seek happiness by touching lives and supporting education in the country.

Obi made the call while speaking to students of St. Mary’s Prestigious College, Awka, Anambra State, on Tuesday, January 28.

Describing education as the most unique endeavour, Obi expressed sadness on seeing schools being neglected or not accorded prime of place in the scheme of development.

The politician also encouraged leaders to look inwards, reduce the cost of governance and plough the extra money into education for the good of the society.

He also donated computers, printers, and power generator to the school.
