Former lawmaker, Hon. Robinson Uwak has confirmed that a current member of the National Assembly, Hon. Benjamin Kalu is the mastermind behind his broken marriage.

On his verified Instagram account, _@larger, Uwak called out Kalu for allegedly having an illicit affair with Mrs Kezia Uwak, bankrolling and egging her on to nullify her marriage so that Kalu can marry her.

Recall that on June 26, Keziah, a former staff of Kalu, had taken to social media to allege that her husband burgled her house alongside gunmen in military camouflage and abducted their twin children.

Uwak, however, broke his silence. He lamented that his marriage is currently in shambles because of Kalu, who is a member of the House of Representatives and father of five children with a wife in Australia.

Uwak recounted how the tug of war began. “He was dating his staff, my wife, in 2017 in a whirlwind office romance. The affair lasted until Mrs Kezia Uwak got married to me in 2020.

“Despite being a married woman, Kalu continued his illicit affair with her, booking and inviting her to hotels to sleep with her.”

Things were said to have gone sour when Uwak got wind of the affair between his wife and Kalu. “When I confronted her about it, she cried and pleaded profusely at a family meeting and I forgave her.
