Ex-Governor Alao-Akala dies at 71

A former Governor of Oyo state, Otunba Christopher Alao-Akala, is dead.

The former deputy governor and ex-governor died at the age of 71.

Sources close to the politician confirmed that he passed away on Tuesday, January 11, 2021.

Akala, a top dignitary from Ogbomoso passes on exactly one month after the death of the Soun of Ogbomoso.
