Tokunbo Wahab issues stern warning to miscreants extorting pedestrians

The Honourable Commissioner of Environment and Water Resources in Lagos State, Mr. Tokunbo Wahab, has issued a statement in response to the concerning viral video depicting miscreants collecting money from pedestrians on a pedestrian bridge in Yaba.
