Barely three months after the completion of the Wigwe University, tragedy struck as Access Holdings Group CEO, Herbert Wigwe, his son and wife reportedly die in a US air crash
Wigwe, it was widely reported, died in a chopper crash that occurred near California, USA.
According to reports, the chopper transporting Wigwe and others that include his son, wife crashed and killed them all.
Sources said the chopper was headed to Las Vegas when it crashed near a border city between Nevada and California on Friday night.
The US government confirmed that all on board the chopper died in the crash.
Sadly, Wigwe’s plans for the Wigwe University might have suffered a setback. This is because in designing the academic and non-academic programs at WU, Wigwe has hired academicians from top US universities and European institutions to work with experts across the world including Nigeria.
