Speaking on the movie role, Otedola said, “When I heard about the movie and not just the movie but that there was a character about my age that the film follows her story and the story is relevant but not just relevant but relatable to so many ladies, I just jumped at it but the process wasn’t an easy one and I had to go through it all.

Words cannot express how excited I am to finally announce that I will be starring in ‘Citation’, legendary filmmaker Kunle Afolayan’s next feature film. Humbled to be shooting alongside legends of the film in my on-screen debut.

Expected to join Temi Otedola on the set of the film are Jimmy Jean Louis, Sadiq Daba, and Gabriel Afolayan.
